For over fifteen years, I worked hands-on as a low-voltage technician—installing, troubleshooting, and managing complex electronic infrastructure. That experience taught me how intricate systems behave in the real world and what it takes to make them reliable, safe, and scalable.
Today, under the banner of Victory Laurel, I channel that same architectural rigor into UX/UI design and product strategy. I draw on formal training in graphic design, two decades of creative practice, and deep technical fluency to design digital experiences that feel intuitive while honoring the complexity behind them.
My work sits at the intersection of systems thinking and human-centered design. I translate complex information, interfaces, and business logic into clear, accessible product journeys.
